Pre drywall meeting completed

We had our pre drywall meeting today! I was pretty excited about it so it really made a Monday into a good day lol. This was the first conversation I have had in person with our PM since before construction began so it was nice to touch base. The whole process only took a little more than an hour. It was mostly smooth sailing but we did find a few issues.
1st issue was a cracked board at the top of second floor stairs.
2nd issue was related to the hvac, we noticed that there was only one vent for the entire basement. Considering the same area upstairs is serviced by about 4, it seemed off. Sure enough after glancing at the plans it was confirmed that the basement was missing 2 more vents. Luckily this is easily fixed at this stage.
3rd issue was actually a bundle of issues all related to our basement bathroom rough in. I have an email from the SR with what specifically was included with the rough in, and a lot of that list was
MIA during our inspection today. They need to run a  hvac vent to the bathroom, a fan, an outlet, and a light. Everything is getting taken care of and luckily does not delay progress because its all in the unfinished portion of the basement.
Speaking of finished portion of the basement... I was pretty bummed to find the electrical panel in the finished area, as well as a plumbing access pipe. I am hoping to hide the latter behind a couch, and the former is supposed to get a decorative cabinet to dress it up.
They actually start drywall tomorrow! Projected to take about a week so we scheduled to do another walk through next Wednesday to see the progress. Right now expected walk through is end of July and closing is first few days of August, we should get exact dates in a couple days. Not thrilled about closing at the beginning of the month.
Onto some pictures! I took a few videos to help and some pictures.

 Whole house vent system

Unexpectedly received a media station we did not pay for lol
Lots of storage under the stairs

When I left it this morning...

When I came back in the afternoon.

I can't wait to see the progress on the outside, siding should be happening in the next few days.
