We made it!

Today we closed! The closing was really painless, absolutely no changes, took about an hour to wrap up. After closing we started moving boxes in to our new home. I am exhausted so just a few shots today, will update more later.

Its the final countdown!

Wow, we are less than a week away from our final walk through! This week we watched the exterior finish up as they graded the lot, installed the sod, and built  the back steps. Today we walked through a basically finished house. There are lots little repairs to be made, some of the floors have been damaged and will need to be replaced. I am super happy with the house and cant wait to move in!
